Alternating real/placebo

The plan alternates real and placebo sessions while keeping timing and cues consistent.

Feedback loop

After every session, the user records what happened so the system can adapt.

Decrease need for real product

As placebo sessions remain effective, the plan can gradually lower reliance on real product sessions.

Public Phase

Starting with safe products and observable behavior

The current release strategy is deliberately narrow. We want to validate the mechanism using low-risk products, repeatable routines, and honest user feedback before moving toward formal clinical research.
